Welcome to the Post Graduate Training in Psychiatry (PGT) Website. A career in Psychiatry is very rewarding and provides diverse opportunities for several areas of practice. Working in Psychiatry allows for a holistic approach to health care and the opportunity to work closely in a multi-disciplinary team. The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry (RANZCP) fellowship training is a competency-based 5-year program. It includes 3 stages of training and several assessments.
